Ceramic leaf wall hanging, pottery maple and oak leaves autumn decor
These ceramic leaves were made by rolling a slab of speckled tan clay and cutting out with cookie cutters. 2 oak leaves and 1 maple leaf were cut out and attached together; oak leaf, maple leaf, oak leaf. The maple leaf is on top of the 2 oak leaves The ends were turned up slightly for a natural look. A needle tool incised lines for the veins. Glazed in a butter yellow with brown speckles with an unglazed back. A hanger was glued onto the back. About 7" long and 4.5" across at the widest point.
Non toxic glaze. This is high fired stoneware so can withstand the elements. Hang it up inside or outside. The yellow color is great for fall decorating.
This glaze can look slightly greenish on some monitors but is a lovely butter yellow.
